Certain fungi produce carcinogenic toxins called Aflatoxin which may be prevalent in dried red chillies. Presence of Aflatoxin manifests itself as discolouration of the chilli.

This pouch contains powders made from roasted special long chillies from Andra Pradesh in India. The chillies are first fumigated and then manually sorted to remove pale coloured chillies before roasting and grinding. They are rich in Capsaicin.
